These terms govern use of onemotionbowling.com, One Motion video analysis, paid plans, coaching, and virtual coaching rooms.
One Motion provides bowling-motion analysis, coaching tools, educational content, account history, and live or recorded coaching services. Automated results are evidence-based interpretations of visible video and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace a qualified in-person evaluation.
One Motion does not diagnose or treat injuries, pain, medical conditions, or disabilities. Stop participation and seek appropriate professional help if movement causes pain, dizziness, numbness, instability, or another health concern.
You must provide accurate account information and protect your password. The service is not available to children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use One Motion only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. The adult creating or authorizing the account accepts responsibility for the minor’s use and video submissions.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant One Motion a limited license to host, copy, transcode, extract frames from, analyze, display, and otherwise process that content to provide the service, preserve your history, prevent abuse, maintain security, and perform the additional optional uses you separately authorize. You represent that you have permission to upload every person shown and must not secretly record or upload another person.
Analysis may use third-party artificial-intelligence services. One Motion does not guarantee a particular score, performance result, improvement, or error-free diagnosis. Do not present a One Motion result as medical advice, official certification, or a guaranteed outcome.
Camera and microphone access begin only after you join a virtual room. A full-session recording is made only when the archive feature is included or purchased and recording is started. Participants must be told when recording begins. Captured shots, annotations, analyses, and lesson notes may be preserved in the account whether or not the full-hour archive is selected.
Do not misuse the service, evade payment or usage limits, interfere with security, upload unlawful or unauthorized content, harass another person, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access without permission, or use results to make medical, employment, insurance, or other high-impact decisions about another person.
The One Motion methodology, software, prompts, terminology system, site design, instructional content, and brand remain One Motion property except for third-party materials and user content. An account grants access to use the service, not ownership of the methodology or software.
The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, or events outside One Motion’s control. Features and prices may change prospectively. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” One Motion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. One Motion’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid One Motion during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable rights remain unaffected.
One Motion may suspend access for fraud, abuse, safety risks, or material violations. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Before filing a formal claim, contact One Motion and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Governing-law, venue, and dispute-resolution language should be finalized with One Motion’s attorney before broader commercial deployment.
